Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
We currently ship within Canada only. Our goal is to make Feltie Kits available to crafters everywhere, and international shipping will be added in the future as we grow.
Processing Times
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your needle felting kit’s journey from our studio to your doorstep.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is free on Canadian orders over $100.
For orders under $100, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery Times
We use trusted carriers to ensure your craft kit delivery arrives safely and on time.
Estimated delivery within Canada is usually 2–8 business days, depending on your region. Rural or remote areas may take slightly longer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link so you can see where your Feltie Kit is at any time. If you can’t find your tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us and we’ll resend it.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We do our best to make sure every package arrives safe and sound. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at hello@feltiekits.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
Pre-Orders or Delays
From time to time, some needle felting kits may be available for pre-order. If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order may ship once all items are ready. We’ll always keep you updated by email if there’s any unexpected delay.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Feltie Kit!
Each Feltie Kit is thoughtfully designed to make needle felting fun, easy, and satisfying, from your first poke to your final Feltie. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
General Return Policy
Because our needle felting kits include craft materials and tools, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused kits, within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, please email us at hello@feltiekits.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and Feltie Kits does not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method(minus shipping costs).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away at info@feltiekits.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right, whether that means sending a replacement kit or a refund.
